As the Program Quality Director of District 127, I am honored to serve our members, clubs, and leaders with humility, passion, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. My mission is simple: to help every member experience meaningful growth, every club deliver exceptional value, and every leader reach their full potential.

With more than 15 years of professional experience in Quality Assurance Excellence and Project Management, I bring a structured, strategic, and results-oriented approach to leadership. Throughout my five-year Toastmasters journey, I have had the privilege of serving in various leadership roles, each one reinforcing a core belief that our members are at the heart of everything we do.

As Abu Dhabi and Dubai unite as one District 127 family, we stand at the threshold of an extraordinary opportunity. This is our moment to build something remarkable, a district where every member feels valued, every club thrives, every leader grows, and every achievement becomes a stepping stone to even greater success.

My focus will be centered around three key priorities:

• Succeed : Empowering members and clubs to achieve their educational, leadership, and performance goals through meaningful support, recognition, and opportunities for growth.

• Strengthen: Building stronger clubs through high-quality training, effective mentoring, leadership development, and the sharing of best practices that create lasting success.

• Simplify: Leveraging technology and AI-driven solutions to simplify the Toastmasters experience, making educational resources, Pathways, and district support more accessible, engaging, and user-friendly.

I invite every member, club officer, Area Director, Division Director & District leader to join me in this journey. Together, we will build stronger clubs, develop exceptional leaders, and make District 127 a beacon of quality, learning, and success.
