Award Recognition Submission Criteria
To ensure fairness and proper acknowledgement of member and club achievements, please follow the criteria below for award submissions.

📌 Important Note:
Certain awards are automatically tracked using data from the Toastmasters International Dashboard, Club Central, or District records. These do not require any submission from members or clubs.

However, awards based on participation, initiative, or event-specific contributions, which are not recorded on the Toastmasters Dashboard, must be supported with documentation as outlined below.

Awards Requiring Submission (Not Available on TI Dashboard):
Members must submit proof of achievement. Submissions must include:
  • Flyer of the event/training
  • Photographs (minimum 2-3, showing audience and/or speaker)
  • Certificates or any official documentation related to the event or achievement

Note: All materials must clearly display the date, club/area/division name, and topic (where applicable).
